The Future Of The Paper-Making House

December 2, 2014

The Paper-Making House is underway. Before Thanksgiving break visiting artist April Sheridan gave a lecture on her experience with creating a sustainable papermaker’s garden at Columbia. April is the Studio and Project Coordinator at the Center for Book & Paper Arts at Columbia College Chicago. Students and faculty from a variety of disciplines showed up for the lecture and they all participated in planting our first bulbs! We can’t wait to see the transformation from bulbs, to plants, to pulp, to paper. Stay tuned for updates in the Spring.
