Wells College Press
The Wells College Press was founded in 1939 by Victor Hammer and was active until 1948. Upon the founding of the Wells Book Arts Center in 1993, the Wells College Press was re-established in order to continue Hammer’s tradition of fine printing in the humanities. The Wells College Press acknowledges and honors its founder by producing books of contemporary and historical importance.
